'My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. 'Overall everything was great. I would stay again. Very close walk to the beach and you can see it from the unit. The only complaints would be amount of parking spaces and how to make final payment. Most of the surrounding condos have assigned parking. This place doesn’t. We had to park both cars at the tennis courts which isn’t a fair walk but still a pain. Trying to unload with no parking at the unit made it hard. For final payment, there wasn’t a link to just pay like normal when using vrbo. I...

'Wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here at Fripp. Location was amazing! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great golf, restaurants and lots of gators and deer!!'
