'The location of this place is amazing! A ten minute walk gets you to the Supreme Court, the Capital, Eastern Market, and a metro station with easy access to the rest of the mall, monuments, and museums. The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and well furnished. It is a surprising amount of space. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again!'

'Perfect from start to finish. Arrived on a Friday, and was able to get a parking spot a few houses down! (included in price!) This is the cutest, well kept neighborhood. Right by a park and many food places close by. We also loved that we could use Lime scooters and park them right outside! This place is so cute. It was simple to get in using codes supplied. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the backyard was perfect. Quiet street and felt very safe. Bed was very comfortable!...

'We traveled with out teens to visit DC, and we loved this property and the neighborhood. We are big rail fans, and the Metro was very easy to use and access and got us where we needed to go. We took the owner's advice and had groceries delivered, easy peasy. The flat had all the amenities we needed, including some spices and oils and a FABULOUS assortment of coffee and teas to make in the morning. So nice. And the washer and dryer were appreciated, especially after getting caught in afternoon...

'The apartment was really nice. Plenty of space for two couples. The first bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for my preference but I was pretty comfortable. My bestie stayed in the master suite with no complaints. I wished the other bedroom had an on-suite bathroom but it was right next door. We had a bad issue with flies and gnats everywhere but we killed as many as we could and the host sent someone to spray. It helped a little bit however, we managed. 'It was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The fridge was a bit small for our needs. Nonetheless, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Georgetown!'

'We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. '
