'The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

'Location as absolutely wonderful. The hotel overall was a great place. It was very clean. Check in was easy. Check out as easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators were a little slow but I know that’s to be expected during peak times and only having two elevators. The parking lot/garage was a little bit confusing on the where to find both parking lots and the garage but we found it. Would defiantly recommend to anyone and will definitely book again for future trips! '

We had an early arrival flight and a late departure flight so they were able to hold our luggage each time and got us into our room as soon as possible.
