'The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

'Joe with Guest Services was perfect. As a person with disabilities and traveling alone, I felt very comfortable. The King Deluxe Room was perfection with gorgeous ocean views. Parking couldn’t be any easier. Renting the beach umbrella and chairs in front of the Inn was wonderful and worth the price of only $40. I will be back and thank you to Joe!'

'Although this property is older, it was well maintained and the units/rooms were updated since my last stay there 10 years ago. Staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. My grandkids enjoyed every bit of the lazy river tubing, the 4 outdoor pools, and the easily accessible beach. The fully equipped kitchen was also a plus!! We hit up the local Walmart and saved some $$ by not eating out much. Rates were fantastic also. Definitely would stay there again!! '
