'I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. 'The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area....
