'The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. 'Een zeer goede ervaring bij dit verblijf. Vriendelijke ontvangst met duidelijke informatie. De kamer was proper en gerieflijk. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan Nice en de Azurenkust. Een tramlijn tussen de luchthaven en de stad op amper 300 m van het hotel.'

'Perfect central location and ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. I would suggest some mirrors around the apartment (there is only one smallish mirror in the bathroom) and a stand up shower is needed (we all had to have baths as the shower flooded the bathroom floor) I would recommend this apartment.'
