'CLEAN AND WELCOMING. GOOD PARKING AT PROPERTY . WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN'

'Location is fun!! Downtown and above the Matherne’s grocery store!!!'

'I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL!!!!! LOW RENT PROPERTY WITH SMOKE SMELLING MUSTY ROOMS!!!!!!! THE TOWELS WERE IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES!!!!!! SPACE UNDER DOOR FOR BUGS ETC... TO COME IN. I COULD NOT SLEEP THERE!! I BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS PUTTING MY HEAD ON THAT PILLOW!! I WAS SO UPSET!!! THE 10/10 REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED!!! I LOST MONEY, BUT THAT'S HOW AWFUL THIS PROPERTY WAS.'

'We enjoyed our stay so much!! We were in town for a church camp, myself, and my seven-year-old son. I felt very safe, and it was easy to access the property. It’s about 4 miles from everything you could need in any direction. It feels very secluded but yet not a hassle to get anywhere. It’s absolutely the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, and I’m very picky lol!! The host thought of everything right down to a muffin pan and a box of muffin mix laid out on the kitchen counter ha ha!...

'Prima '

'Place looks just as described, with a beautiful shower (not pictured). Host was very nice and communicated well. Location was nice and quiet. Only 15-20 minutes drive from all the activities in Baton Rouge. My husband and I rented it for an anniversary getaway weekend, and this was the perfect spot! '

'My husband and I thought the place was nice, The bed was comfortable. The host responded quickly to any questions. We were concerned about the outlets in the master bedroom/bathrroom. The outlets were loose and the bathroom one was coming out of the wall. There weren’t any outlets close to the bed to charge phones, I’d recommend to get a bedside lamp that has usb ports. '

'The home was exactly as promised, wonderful location downtown within walking distance to entertainment and great restaurants. Great game weekend spot for friends in my case.'

'The place smelled of smoke. Bedding was very old and not comfortable. Not a great neighborhood. Party house not an overnight '

'Good'

'Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. Responsive and helpful host. '

'Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or...

'Don’t be fooled when you pull in, the apartment was nice and quiet and near lots of stuff. The batteries were out in all the remotes and low on the ac thermostat, but that was really our only problem. Definitely worth the price.'
