'From the time I checked in, I had lots of issues. The first room I checked into smelled horrible and foul was moved to another room and when I finally got on path and ready to watch television, the TV did not work. So then I was moved to another room where the TV came on, but you cannot use the television guide. I spent two days in this hotel will definitely not go back.'

'Standard Hampton Inn with a chinese restaurant and a Chili's within 2 min walk. Also a big meijer on the other side of the street.'

'Hotel was clean and well maintained the breakfast was very good.'

'Property has gone down hill, staff talks a good game but doing is another matter. We stayed 7 days, the first 3 days no maid service. We were told you have to request service.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE! When we arrived in our room we checked the bed for bed bugs and found what looked like dog crap under the mattress!!! It was late and unable to get a room at another hotel since it was the busy week of the Tulip Festival so we got a different room at this same hotel. We got the key to a different room and when we opened the door we found that this room was occupied! We immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk. What a big security violation that was to give...

'This hotel has people handing around outside. I requested room service came back later that night and room hadn’t been touched.'

'We loved our stay'

'Beautiful hotel with great views from the balcony. Very walkable area. Appreciated the on site parking option'

'Kids loved the pool and we all loved the breakfast ! To be honest I was worried because after I booked the hotel I decided to read the reviews and I read so many that were saying that the rooms were disgusting and that they found stains on bedding. The hotel its self is very well maintained i think . And our room was very nice spacious and we had a king suite with pull out couch bed fir the kids. Plenty big enough for my husband and I and our 3 kids. The room was clean and we definitely enjoyed...
