'Room was renovated. But no hot water for shower. Roof had missing shingles and exterior door from the building didn’t lock. It was clean and staff was friendly.'

Toilet seat installed incorrectly. No Detroit Tigers station on TV. No freezer for blue ice in mini fridge. Inedible sausage. Some sort of imitation cardboard for breakfast. Oranges were tasteless. Must have been picked green.'

I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . The front desk rep stated she did the ordering and asked what room I was in and said she would try to get me something for the following day but never followed through.
