'My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! '

'We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 'It was a short stay, but place was clean. It had four bottles of water in the fridge. Bathroom was very clean and had it enough shampoo and conditioner (we forgot ours) and plenty of towels. It had a properly working A/C. There was espresso coffee and nespresso machine for me to have my coffee in the morning. It was closed to restaurants and a market. The windows had shade. 'Wonderful apartment 2 minutes from Time Square. Great views from the two balconies. Apartment was clean and fully furnished. It had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We would definitely stay at this location and reserve again with the same host. Location, apartment, and host were all exceptional!'

"De kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van Times Square. Goede ontbijtgelegenheden en restaurants vlakbij. Receptionist Joey was helemaal top, maar ook de anderen gaven goede service."

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"
