'everything was good. did have a hard time finding the number on the house and no grab bar in the tub. other than that it was good'

'The place was great to be near Metlife Stadium and other strip malls but the actual house itself had dirty corners of hair and dust that got left behind after cleaning and lots of spiders and bugs on the walls and on the bed. The host left supplies for us that looked like they had been used and the soap and body wash were watered down! At least some hand soap for the kitchen would be nice instead of washing our hands with dawn. The worst part was the freezer/fridge smell. It wasn't the leftover...

'We had a wonderful stay! Loved the neighborhood.'

'We had a great stay for 3 1/2 weeks while our home was having work done. Lots of space with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and two additional bedrooms on the upper floor. Perfect for our teenagers. The location and proximity to Walnut Station and all the restaurants was great— and easy to walk downtown. Loved the small balcony for sipping coffee in the mornings. '

'Living area and space were good for 2 guest and provided everything! No cleaning after stay was 10/10. A full body mirror would have been appreciated and this property is in an apartment structured building. There are 3 layers in one home and this was unexpected but doable.'

'Check in was a nightmare. We advised beforehand that we'd be taking our 1 month old baby and when we arrived, we hadn't been provided any information on what unit it was nor did they provide door codes. Robert (the host) continuously claimed that he didn't get receive our payment for our stay, however we had paid and had a confirmation email directly from Vrbo themselves and that was what we kept telling him. It wasn't until I had spent an hour over the phone with Vrbo customer service sitting...

'Clean and quiet space. I rented the 1-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The space was very clean and provided everything I was looking for while searching for properties in Montclair to stay at. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and explore Montclair I highly recommend it! The train station is less than a 15-minute walk away, and many shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Sherry was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions I had.'

'The apartment met our expectations, and when there were things needing to be addressed, the manager and his on-site person took care of them quickly. The main things that need improvement are (1) the laundry room, and (2) coordination of trash and recycling information, activities, and expectations both for tenants and for the time between tenants.'

'The location was excellent—it’s close to downtown, grocery stores, and offers plenty of parking, which made getting around very convenient. The price was quite high, although we understand it was the week before the World Cup final, so rates were likely in high demand. My biggest concern was communication. When I requested extra bathroom tissue, I was only given the owner’s email to contact. Unfortunately, I never received a response, making it difficult to get assistance during our stay....

'Thank you for everything Jessie, you became a friend the minute a saw you. You really enjoy receiving people and it shows. Your place was perfect for my family, yes there are stairs but we were aware. Your place is clean i have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you again'

'Host was very quick with their response and this place is very cozy!'

'The apartment was beautiful, spacious, cozy, and absolutely sparkling clean. Sherry was very welcoming when I arrived and very attentive to a couple of minor concerns. Nice location too.'

'Property was very clean and in very good condition. The owners/hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.'

'Zoe was very responsive to our requests and questions. Polite, professional yet, she made us feel welcome. '

'Always enjoy our stay here.'
