'Amazing stay and great location. The staff was very friendly, the rooms big and clean. The beds are extremity firm... which was the only negative but we loved the atmosphere, the pool and it's charm. Very quiet stay.'

'The room was clean, but small. The shower was super tiny, but I knew this was an old building, so I didn't expect huge open spaces. The decor was cute, and the breakfast options were good. There was an issue with the electricity in my room the first night. Only 2 outlets worked, the one in the bathroom, and the one that the air conditioner was plugged into. It wasn't a huge deal. I was able to get an extension cord so I could plug in my electronics. I checked in later, so I did bring it up with...

'We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!'

It was exactly what we needed. My first recommendation is to arrive during daylight hours if possible. The property and coastline are gorgeous, and it helps you get oriented in Gloucester before dark. Once we settled in, we fell in love with the location. The oceanfront balcony was the star of the stay....
