'Unfortunately I booked during the New Years and when we arrived the free wifi wasn’t working. The TV, microwave & fridge weren’t working too. We had to call and follow up every day until the 4th day we stayed that they fix the wifi. The TV, microwave & fridge were somehow connected to the lightswitch so we had to sleep with the light on if we want our food to stay fresh in the fridge'

'We were really disappointed with our stay - the bathroom light was broken - the bedroom light was broken and there were stains on a lot of the bedding and couch. The kettle was sticky when we arrived and we didn’t realize we had to hire pool towels. Very unfortunate as we are owners at Wyndham and the standard is usually much better '

'The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing...
