'I've stayed at this hotel many times as the location suits my needs when I'm in Rhode Island, but I'll reconsider. For years, the property has had a chronic problem with the heating and cooling systems in the rooms, and it's become clear that management simply has no interest in making this repair a priority. 'Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.'

'The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.'
