'We enjoyed everything and everyone about this property. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the Opus Restaurant. They were pushy. We were asked what we would like yo drink and we mentioned water for starters and they kept suggesting wine off the bat. They didn’t mention that tbey were going to give us bottled water at $7.50 for each one. When we asked about sitting outside we wish they would've mentioned the fly attack. The restaurant was also pretty dusty inside and nit well kept outside....

'let's start with the amazing staff from the cooks, servers, house keepers Gladys, employees on the beach. The cook Ironelys made us feel right at home apart from preparing delicious menu. Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club.'

'Our family of 4 had a relaxing time here. We got married in turks and have been to the island 5x. We prefer to rent a car and stay on the quieter side of Grace Bay. We chose WBC for the spacious rooms and kids club. My 7 year old love going there between the hours of 1-3pm when the sun was hot. '

'We liked the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the property was well taken care of, the cleanliness. We stayed in a the new building at a room with swimup pool , and the room was beautiful! We didn't like the limited meal options (2 restaurants onsite). The hotel seems understaffed because the meals always arrived within 45min+, and it's hard to accommodate to this delayed timeframe when traveling with kids. Also, limited breakfast items.'
