'The people we interacted with were fantastic. Be aware that you are paying for an incredibly convenient location. Great restaurants within in a short walk. The rooms are just tired, need some serious maintenance and in need of updating. We had a strange experience with housekeeping staff trying to get into our room while we were getting ready. She wanted us to leave the door open for her and we said no. As long as you go knowing the hotel rooms are just ok and are prepared to pay for 5 star...

'Basic accommodations. Clean but quite dated and not much in terms of amenities. Don’t rely on the breakfast ! The overnight staff were great and very helpful after a delayed flight got me in at 3:30 am! Daytime staff seemed really disconnected and not particularly helpful.'
