'Rooms and carpet appear to be very old and in need of replacement or deep cleaning. My daughter has asthma and had issues the minute we checked in to the room. The staff were all very nice though and the location was very convenient for seeing everything on foot.'

'A lovely historic hotel in the part of town with great restaurants and tourist attractions. Only valet parking is available, and to tip the valet you need to know their name as it is on line via a QR code! Beware technological luddites. As far as the hotel is concerned, we paid (modestly) extra for a "garden view" room. Both the first room they showed us and the one we stayed in, had one small window, oriented 45 degrees to the wall that looked out the window. So, yes, technically it was garden...
