'Perfect'

'Overall content with this cabin. Keep in mind this is a managed property, not a private residence. Did not meet expectations. The amount of documents that need to be signed were uncoordinated and not sent timely. I was unable to get the code to receive the house key until I called the service number because documents were not sent. The shower head is aimed at the shower wall, it was previously mentioned in another review, yet it has not been fixed. The queen mattress was indented and felt more...

'Loved how clean, beautiful, and fully stocked it was. Enjoyed playing games and spending time with the family. Will definitely return.'

'The layout is kind of weird, in order to access the game room and the downstairs area you have to go through the master bathroom, and if someone is using the bathroom you cannot go downstairs unless you go outside the house and walk around it. NO TOILETTERIES or hair drier, this was a first for us. We have stayed in many properties but never had one without basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, or conditioner. This was my first time at Big Bear, so to me, it felt like the house was outside...

'This place is great! Lots of room for all of our family and friends. It was perfect for the teenagers because they could hang with us anytime, but also had space to be on their own. Walking distance to the village too, so we got some good exercise! Highly recommend!'

'Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10'

'Great house in a great location! Perfect for my family with young children. Close to tubing, skiing, food, restaurants, hiking. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Everything about our stay was great. We just stayed 1 night but would be happy to have a longer stay here. We had 4 adults, 2 in each room and slept comfortably. The host was very prompt in replying to all of my questions. There was only 1 negative thing that happened. Late at night about 1 am the shower head fell off the wall and was very loud. It woke us up and we didn’t initially know what happened. Other than that it was great.'

'The cabin was as advertised. I wish it had been cleaner in some aspects. Some of the dishes and silverware were dirty so I felt like I needed to wash things before I could use them and the hot tub had a harsh smell and was very cloudy, so we chose not to use it, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the property served our needs just fine. The management was very responsive when we had an issue at checkin and easy to communicate with.'
