'While the inside of the apartment was clean for the most part, when we went to pull the couch out into a bed, we found an open and used condom wrapper. I had kids with me. It was just completely disgusting. I also didn't feel safe where the complex was located. Especially since I had kids with me.'

The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding.
