'Very convenient, easy contactless access. We didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm and the room was ready for us with the lights on and the temperature perfect. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated it so much after a long day of travel.'

'This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!'

'Good value budget hotel right on the bay in Hilo. The property is quite old, showing wear but room was clean, comfortable with fresh towels, shampoo etc, all the basics you need. It's classic old school ceiling fan and air vents rather than AC. There is occassion airport noise. Hilos airport is close to town so you can hear it as many locations, but airport isnt that busy. The hotel is not flashy at all but good value for those on budget given location. My rooms balcony directly overlooked...

'it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. There’s a resort fee being charged every day and it’s really just a simple pool. Nothing fancy I wouldn’t say it’s really a resort. A resort really does have quite a few other amenities.
