'Our stay was great and the accommodations were perfect for our family. We ran into a few minor issues, but they were all quickly resolved by the owner. Just a note, its tough sleeping in the loft if you plan to go to bed before the rest of the group...the noise carries and its quite loud. Also, since its a loft, there is no door, so the light can be bothersome too. Beautiful home in the perfect location. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table a lot! 'We’ve had wonderful stay. The house is great and well-stocked. My favorite is the outdoor shower. 2nd favorite is the beach chairs and umbrellas and especially the beach buggies! Makes it so easy. We’ve loved the added bonus of the pool. So nice after a long day at the beach. We didn’t know there would be construction going on next door and all around us, but the house is well sound-proofed and we’re out at the beach mostly during the days anyway. 'Place is fine, plenty of beds and TV's. But checkout time is 10:00AM not 11;00 as in write up. Also area is heavily wooded, watch out for spiders.'

The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

'Overall we had a good experience. However, lack of kitchen essentials, grass not being cut, and some areas of house need more attention to detail (Bathroom had some minor mold in tub and on shower liner. The air vents need to be cleaned as it was dusty.) Other than these minor discrepancies, the house is close to beach, main road, grocery store etc. The neighborhood was quite. The size of house had more than enough room for us 2 people.'
