'The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that '

'My family and I had a wonderful stay here.The owners were extremely communicative about the rules , keys , etc.The apartment was clean & had plenty of room for our family of 5 .. as well as most amenities that may be needed during the stay. The accessible gym & rooftop access were nice as well. And we were within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for our weekend. Having a place to park was nice too. Great place to stay from start to finish . '

'I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. '
