'This is a great off season resort (that is when we visited)! There were numerous times we had the heated pool by ourselves. We had a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen, it saved us a ton of money not having to eat out every meal. San Antonio is so built up, this was a nice respite. '

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...
