'Great little boutique hotel ! Friendly staff as well'

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'

'The bathtub in our room was extremely stained and the area across from the market appeared to be under construction. Also, it was a busy weekend and the front desk was a bit slow getting people checked in. We also found out as we were purchasing bottle of water from the market, that we were supposed to be provided “tokens” for complimentary waters upon check-in but we were not, so ended up spending an additional $30-ish for 4 waters. Other than that, everything was great. Our room was otherwise...

'Getting the breakfast included in your stay was awesome because the price is quite costly. The hot tub was so warm. It was so relaxing tucked in the corner with privacy and shade. The staff was so friendly and helpful. '

'Prachtig hotel met veel faciliteiten. Denken met je mee en service staat hoog in het vaandel. Is erg goed bevallen. Zorg wel dat je in de Marina Tower terecht komt. '

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'
