'The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. 'Stayed here for a week whilst visiting the eastern side of the big island and loved our time here! It has a 70s/bohemian vibe which mirrors downtown Hilo and is much larger than the photos. With 2 x double beds, a well equipped kitchen and decent bathroom and plenty of space to hang clothes it was ideal for us + you can use the washing machine/dryer in the entrance hallway in afternoon hrs. 'Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking.
