'The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.

Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '
