'Overall the property was fine, just over priced during the time of my visit.'

'Very comfortable. Close to Mercy Hospital'

'They were doing construction, can't wait to see how it turns out. Our room was beautifully updated, clean and loved that there were two chairs and a table! Made playing cards or having morning coffee a lot more comfortable.'

'Todo el lugar el servicio y el desayuno'

'It was my second time staying and will definitely always choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant, beautiful, and the perfect spot downtown. Staff were also great!'

'Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town.'

'Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. And the room was very clean and comfy.'

'It was ok but our room was on the 8th floor and they wouldn’t turn the air on (our room air conditioner also fell off the wall..?) but our room was 80° because the heat rises. Staff gave us a box fan which helped a little bit we were still sweating in our room'

'Pool was open but looked cloudy, hot tub was not working! It would have been nice to soak in the hot tub! Door wouldn’t work by our room to come and go through, we had to prop it open which is dangerously these days!'

'You get what you pay for… the room was not necessarily clean, had crayon on the wall, tub was dirty.housekeeping was only upon request because they’re only there in the morning?? So I had to request new towels the night before. “High-speed” internet did not work about 50% of the time. The hot tub was lukewarm. Overall- it worked for a cheap stay that I needed. But you’re definitely getting what you pay for.'
