'Staff was very friendly. Property is well maintained. Room with king bed was roomy. The breakfast had very good variety. The lady overseeing the breakfast was attentive and really took pride in her job.

'Absolutely loved our stay at the bluebonnet cottage! Was a perfect oasis for a quiet romantic get away. Only suggestion would to light the trail to the bluebonnet as well as signage for that location like the rest. And steps for the hot tub at the bluebonnet cottage it was really hard to get in and out of. Plan to make it a yearly trip! '

'We had a great stay here. Very friendly people at the reception. Breakfast was like you find at most motels in Texas: basic but decent enough.
Good location to explore the wineries during the day. We highly recommend the Texas Hill Winery and Rhinory.
Also for a late drink and a true taste of the Texan hospitality, go to the Red Baron bar just behind the hotel. It's a hidden gem in the parking lot that's really hard to find, but full of locals. Looks super dodgy from the outside, but great...

'Mooi BW+ hotel, dat er erg Duits uitzien (kleur groen en bruin overheersen). Het hotel,is prima en het ontbijt ook. De WiFi is echt aan verbetering toe. Soms is het niet werkbaar, zo traag. Hotel heeft een veranda rondom wat het zeer aangenaam maakt om buiten te zitten.'

'I don’t mind older hotels and don’t need luxury or fancy stuff but I do like my room clean and that just wasn’t the case here. There were stains on the sheets, the floor was greasy and the bath tub was so worn down I really dreaded taking a shower. We decided not to stay and booked a room across the street; best decision for us.

Chicken, ducks, geese, etc as well as goats and the very friendly longhorns. The unit was clean and stocked with coffee and creamer, water and bagged chips. The coffee pot is the Ninja brand and was very nice. Made a great cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The glass garage style door that opens was such a nice addition. It was so nice and...
