Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème.
La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.'

'This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.'

다만 숙소 내에서 흡연이 가능해서 담배 향이 은은하게 남아있고 청소하는 분들이 청소를 대강합니다.예를 들면 쓰레기통이 비워지지 않고 그대로 있고 수건에 핏자국이 보입니다. 하지만 직원분들은 친절하고 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 아무 말 없이 얼리체크인을 해줬습니다. 그리고 주변에는 커피숍이 많아서 커피를 좋아하는 입장에서 너무 만족스러운 위치였습니다. 콩카페 본점이 있어서 아침에 가서 모닝커피 마시는데 너무 좋더라구요.

'We had an incredible one night stay on the cruise. It was true luxury!! Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Tinh was especially great and had many stories to share about Vietnam that were very interesting. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable, and waking up to a view of the bay was even more incredible! Food was also delicious, but keep in mind you have to pay for beverages. One night was enough but we could have definitely stayed for two! Highly recommend treating yourself...

'Had a great stay here! Room is basic but clean, new, and match the description picture, got a nice balcony with view to the road/park. Location is great and staff are nice and friendly. They're older generation so not too much English spoken but very pleasant and helpful with whatever you need.

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"
