'The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing.
