'I was told I could check in anytime as I advised the front desk it would be later than usual and when I got there around 12pm nobody was answering the door or phone. Extremely disappointed with the misinformation I received from the Deland Hotel. I’m just hoping to get my money back..'

'This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!'

'Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. '

'Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.'
