'The staff at this fine hotel are outstanding and make the hotel what it is! While the interior and rooms feel a little worn, they are clean and comfortable. We were in town for a catholic weekday Mass at Notre Dame and the convenience of being in walking distance in vieux Montréal was nice! From the valet welcome upon arrival to the front desk quick assistance and ‘smiles’ to the refreshing flavored water cooler, real hot chocolate and friendliness and concern of the staff - we felt special...

'when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore '
