'No problem staying here again. My only critique was the constant upselling upon arrival. We wasted a lot of time saying “no” to things. You should be able to opt out of that type of solicitation before arriving.'

'Excellent kid friendly property.'

'Nice stay at Punta Blanca Beach House. Spacious rooms and nicely decorated. For the price I would have expected more service. '

'Nette kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'Staff is very attentive and professional. They are the best❣️'

Gym was top. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'What made the resort was the employees they made our stay amazing. Beach was beautiful and well kept. The pools were great especially the activities pool and the privilege roof top pool. The food was okay but the drinks and wait staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend.'

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'The rooms and hotel itself is okay, nothing to write home about, just okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s just a block away from the Main Street that the ferry terminal is on and the main avenue of shops and restaurants.'

'Food is 10/10'

'Absolutely best view, close to the center of downtown and easy access'

'Harper clean room. air was'
