'We had a ground floor flat, parking was easy, dogs were accepted, and the flat was fully equipt if you wanted to self cater. There was a little bit of outside space which was enclosed and good for the dog. There were places to eat a short walk away, and a footpath to the beach'

'It certainly was a cosy stay. Lovely and warm on entering which was good as it was sheeting rain as we arrived! The house is really well equipped, quiet and well located. The only negative things I’d say are that the furnishings and paintwork are looking a little tired in places. Curtains not hanging on hooks, paintwork chipped, bathroom needs some tlc, outside entrance area again just a bit scruffy but overall fine. '

'We booked this apartment for a 4 day stay on the Isle of Wight. It is spacious and the kitchen facilities were very good. The photos are accurate so we knew we wouldn't have a view of the sea. We had noted the warning about displaying the parking permit and did see someone actually checking the cars. Everything was as described. We also noticed that the floors are a bit bouncy so could here it when someone upstairs was walking around. Suspect the apartment below could also hear us too. It...

'Debbie and Andrew were excellent hosts! They were friendly and informative. The accommodation was so lovely and that super king bed! We would highly recommend Little gem to anyone, although I did struggle a bit with the stairs and getting into the shower as it was over a bath I managed as I only have slight disabilities. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus particularly if you have travelled from afar. Would we recommend or return? You bet your boots we would!'
