'What a great view from the back of room 2105! Very comfortable beds and helpful staff. The path out back was very nice too, it was situated close to good food and the town, very walkable. Very affordable for oceanfront. We enjoyed Mermaids for dinner as well as Gloria's for breakfast.'

'The property looks nice and some of the staff seem friendly. We ordered the pancakes by the beach and it was just ok. I would rate the a 2 of 5. Things I thought were nice is the hotel seems to have limited parking and they do the valet for free because of that. We did tip the valet and he seemed shocked that we did. 'First room smelled horrible…front desk clerk sprayed the room…still horrible! I continued to complain, finally next day we were moved to another room. The property is well maintained and the remainder of our stay was nice but I felt we should have been offered a different room immediately after we complained about the smell in the first room, not the next day after complaining again.'

'Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. Not sure what was up with the shower amenities provided, but they were the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Pretty sure the conditioner was half water. Definitely bring your own!
