'I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. 'Here is the note I sent to the owner after I left. It never received a response.-My stay in the unit was not what I had expected. Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. Dirty water had been left in the bottom of the dishwasher (still is) and had started to grow fungus and mold.
