Although there aren’t any restaurants directly associated with the property we really appreciated how close and easily accessible the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton were. 'This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait...

'I was very excited about my stay until I arrived at the condo. The good: Close to beach, zoo, aquarium, and shopping. The bad: The beds were very uncomfortable and mine had bed bugs (my legs were bitten quite a bit), the shower water was inconsistent (hot/cold/hot), and there was a smell of musty mold throughout the hallways. The garage is very tight so be cautious driving through for parking. There are no stairs, only elevators which are often full so you will be waiting for 2 or 3 elevators if...
