'What's not to like. New hotel, great layout, great location, safe-quiet. Had a KITCHEN my room ... perfect for long family stays. This is now my go-to hotel in Bluffton.'

'This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. 'The room was never vacuumed or cleaned, garbage was not collected, towels were not provided… we had to ask concierge. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was corrected. We stayed at this hotel chain before and didn’t experience such issues; bad service ever.'
