'There is a lot of potential for a very nice hotel and grounds, but 1987 was a long time ago. I understand blending with nature but grounds are unkept. Exposed electric wires along the walkways. Very tall weeds and grass around trees and post. The Lake House is totally overgrown with weeds and vines the back deck is overgrown and rotted. The room is well designed and quality materials, but has not been touched since the 80’s. Water takes 5 minutes to get warm. The a/c unit located in the closet...

'There was hair in our bathroom upon arriving and there was hair in our bed. The toilet did not flush properly. The staff was really nice and friendly. Very close to I-95'
