'The pool was not available until 9 am and by then, too many kids in there. The hot tub was dirty with sand. The bar had watered down drinks. If you have small kids, this is good for you but if you want a cleaner resort, not possible here. The maid would give clean towels but never make up bed.'

Only dessert size plates are available at breakfast so barely hold anything equal to a full breakfast serving. 'Cleanliness was definitely an issue. The rooms are very outdated and poorly taken care of. The floors were clearly damaged and in need of repair. The walls were paper thin. So much noise! The ice machine was right outside our room and we could hear it the whole night. The water park machines are on through the night and extremely loud. The elevators had a weird smell and made a worrying thunk sound when we reached the ground levels. The pools were nice, but way too small for the amount of people...

'Our overall stay was OK. The staff mainly the hBreakfast was great and we didn't use valet parking but the staff was so nice and friendl.'

'The amenities like the bar and cafe were great! They had live music outside and keroke in the bar every night! Bartenders and waitresses great!!! The lacking part was the hotel room was old not kept up with the times rusted and tub and sinks don’t drain good. If the rooms are independently owned they need to make homeowners keep the rooms up.'

'Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!'
