'The rental condo at Huntington Pacific Beach Condo Complex was fantastic! I was in town for a volleyball tournament for the weekend and the condo was honestly one of the nicest VRBO's I've ever stayed at. 'So my husband and I checked in Friday night and let me tell you, very disappointed on the location of this apartment. There were homeless outside hanging out, one lady in yellow leggings yelling at my husband in Spanish in profanity because he locked the building door behind him. I spent 30 minutes looking for parking and the Taco stand across the street was nice enough to move their truck to make room for ours. Now as I enter the building with my husband this homeless woman assaulted me because...

'Mark was spot on with the description of this cute bungalow near the beach. The place was clean and welcoming. There was a coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils so we ate in most mornings, which saved us a little vacation cash. My husband and I felt at home and Mark is personable, responsive and kind. 'Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. '
