'Front desk staff often not well informed and there was attitude a couple times instead of courteousness. Cleaning staff making loud banging noises by letting hotel room doors slam shut. Unsafe curbs of uneven cement between hotel stairs and parking area. Rooms dark, poor lighting making it hard to see when packing. Otherwise it’s a nice place with beautiful decor and close to plaza. '
