'Hotel was brand new. Issue with reservations resolved by Tiare. Bell service excellent. Front desk staff were helpful but key card initially not programmed correctly. Housekeeping on request and forgot to order but room cleaned and towels refreshed regardless. Room beautiful but configuration a bit unusual. Double doors to bathroom a plus. Large large foyer could have been repurposed to square footage as the room configuration was odd. Pool hours should be expanded it is 10 am - 8 pm, should be...

'The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc.'

'Hotel had a bug problem. So it made our stay less enjoyable because we were killed bugs every night unfortunately. But the Staff was incredible and tried to help as much as they could.'
