'This is our second time at Valentin Imperial and we LOVED it again! The pools were incredible, food was delicious, grounds were kept clean. We are huge coffee drinkers. Recently they opened a coffee shop and it was fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe Jr. suite this time and it fit our needs perfectly. We’ll hopefully be returning in a few years.'

'The slides were the best'

'Top place to be very friendly people and fast check in '

'Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was great. I would definitely come back!'

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....
