'The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. '

'Our original booking was cancelled by the host very last minute so I needed to find a place within 48 hours. The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am. 'Nice, quiet property in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt very safe. Comfortable bed. Heat worked wonderfully. Internet was good. Host left goodies for us in the room which were very thoughtful and yummy! Location was close to so much shopping, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Longwood Gardens. Would return for a future stay. '

'The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend '

'The host was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. At the last minute I needed to add an extra day and had problems with the website processing payment. The host was a huge help. The place was nice, but needed some extra cleaning and the kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking items. But other than that it looks just like the pictures and the decor was very cute. '

'The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs.
