'Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer. We were able to take out the free bikes to explore jesolo which was great! Room size was a bit small for the price. Otherwise the service, breakfast, drinks were all top notch. '

'Beware: you might not get what you paid for…I paid for a room with a double bed and a twin bed. The first night they gave me a room with a double bed. When I complained they stated they couldn’t change me until the next day, someone was already in the room I paid for. The following day I still didn’t get what I paid for- two single beds. Even though they stated I would hear from the manager and get a refund. I have not! Besides them taking my extra money and giving me subpar rooms, there...

'The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. '
