'Great location near the train station and Guglie water taxi stop (5 min walk) in an area of Venice where many locals live, away from the heavy tourist areas. Shops, groceries, and restaurants within 1km radius. Saint Mark's Basilica, 2.1km.The property is easy to find and close to Parco Giochi, a green space and children's playground. The rental space is on the ground floor and the host lives upstairs. Some noise can be heard from normal upstairs activities. If there is any festival going on...

'Andrea helped us to do easy self check in and check out. She was on top of everything. When we requested for more towels, a bag of towels was brought right away. Also she helped us and recommended places to dine and have breakfast. Every morning she greeted us and asking if we need anything. She made us our stay very comfortable and unforgettable.'

'One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.'
