'The AC does not work. It runs, but it does not cool the room at all. Nights are sweaty, and filled with mosquitoes. The window screens are both torn on each side of the screen, allowing the mosquitoes to come bite us. The toilet water shoots in between the lid and the rim spilling on the floor. The urine flush does not work, so it’s always full blast flush. Only two rolls of TP, which was used rather quickly mopping the bathroom floor. Sewer gases fill our room with terrible smells. 'We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!'
