'The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

'The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. There is no onsite dining options but there are lots of restaurants and other options nearby. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely outdated. 'Aloha, first time staying at this property as kamaaina, and we were so impressed with how nice the property is upkept. Amenities great, service is spot on, and convenient to everything anyone would need. Love the water stations, and refillable water bottles they give you. Pools were quiet, and clean. AC was bonus. Will bring my Ohana back!'

'Zalige rustige locatie met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, zeker in het restaurant. We zaten in gebouw 4 aan de buitenkant en hadden steeds zicht op een vogelkolonie en de oceaan. Het eten is er ook zeer erg lekker en vers. Een echte aanrader!'
