'We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends'

'The hot tub was not heated nor was the pool. The location was nice and the check in/check out process was easy. Patio area got filthy after the gardener came by and used his leaf blower; there was no broom to sweep it so it remained dirty. Bathroom needs to be updated with more counter space. '

'This is a very well equipped and clean apartment in a great centrally located location. Both a grocery store and restaurants are a short walking distance, a rarity in Phoenix. The host was very responsive and helpful.'
