'Based on everything experienced yesterday, I honestly believe there was something seriously concerning about the situation. If not human trafficking something sort of like that. The people that contacted me gave me a different address, asked for a copy of my license and a selfi. They sent me a registration link and none of the data on there matched the Premier Apts advertised. They had my Expedia account info but kept asking for my phone number. Everytime I asked a question they didn’t answer....

'This hotel was deceptive. The environment about the neighborhood was disclosed after I booked a non refundable room. The area was terrible and hotel staff stated that there was a parking lot nearby where I can park. There was no lots within walking distance of the hotel and it is in a high crime area. Again this was disclosed after booking. I emailed them after I read the Thank you for Booking with us email and they did not respond to my email. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. '

'A great unit for a family. Our favorite parts were the balcony, secure parking garage, and location. The building felt safe and the street/area was clean. '

'Geweldige locatie, we hadden beschikking over 2 parkeerplaatsen in een parkeergarage. Elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Ondanks dat de locatie op 100m afstand lag van de Hollywood Blvd. was het toch opvallend rustig in het appartement. Minpunt was dat opvallend veel lampen stuk waren in de kamer. Maar verder geen last gehad hiervan.'

'Great property (for singles, couples, and one infant.) Ot’s an apartment so it feels like home; clean, everything you need and great location. Owner genuinely cares! Street parking is rough (welcome to LA) but there are 2 lots very close to walk to. This area has everything and is centrally located to all of your LA needs. As an LA native, I’m picky. I will definitely stay here again- even if I just want a staycation. 10/10'

'Clean rooms, great host. The bathrooms are cute. The area is a bit busy with traffic, but once your in the condo you cannot hear anything. Access was a bit difficult to get in through front gate, but the host was real quick to respond and fix the issue. A lot of restaurants near by. I would rent again. '
